Smiling Hotel, Siem Reap

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The executive suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the service was top-notch with friendly staff always ready to help. The location was convenient for visiting the Angkor temples and exploring the local market. However, the dining options were a bit limited for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel has a spacious and beautiful design with some drawbacks regarding the hard beds and pushy outside drivers. The location facing the crocodile farm is unique but may not suit everyone's taste.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were huge and beautiful, quite comfortable, and located conveniently near Phsar Leu Market. However, there was an issue with the smell of mold, sheets with holes, and a slow shower drain that persisted despite attempts to fix it.

I was impressed by the massive size of the rooms, almost like a suite in some hotels, but we did encounter issues with noise coming through the adjoining doors. The room was well-equipped with plenty of seating, a huge king-size bed, and a luxurious bathroom including a jacuzzi shower.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms, although quite comfortable, had a lingering smell of mold and some worn-out sheets. However, the slow shower drain, even after they tried to fix it, was a bit of a nuisance. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly polite and accommodating. The location, while a bit out of the way, was convenient for temple visits. The dining experience, though basic, was satisfactory for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
